FEMININE-SECRET organized fast spree which usually takes 2 weeks to arrive after the spree have been completed.
We are not liable for any mistakes made by suppliers(eg.Color/Size/Defects). As suppliers will ensure the items are in good condition before they send the items out. And as for FEMININE-SECRET will also do our part by ensuring all items are in good condition before mailing out. No exchange/refund possible.
We reserve the right to cancel spree and make full refund if response are poor.
No dead buyers, backing out or troublemakers. Non-compliance will result in you being blacklisted. We reserve the right to blacklist without prior notice & these people on this list will no longer be allowed to deal with us, whether it is instocks or pre-order. We will also filter emails from them.
Item Availability
FEMININIE-SECRET will remove all related information of out of stock items.
Thus, if you're unable to find the picture of the item, it shown that the item is out of stock.
If items are out of stocks, you may choose to request for full refund, replace out of stocks with another available stock with the same price or do an additional top-up if the price is higher as compared. If the available stock price is compared to be lower, the remaining refund will be made.
Cancel /Change Of Orders
You may change your orders at any point of time BEFORE the closing date of the spree.
Please have the courtesy to inform us if you would like to cancel your orders if you are no longer interested in joining the spree.
Orders Status
You may check the status of the spree under the "Status Of Spree Orders"
With any updates with regards of the items received from the suppliers, FEMININE-SECRET will contact you via email to inform you individually.
Payment
FEMININE-SECRET accepts DBS/POSB; UOB ATM Bank Transfer and I-Banking.
Payment 1 is required to be made FIRST to confirm your orders;
Payment 2 is to be made AFTER items arrived from China to Singapore
Postage
Please refer to the postage rate charges for Normal/Registered postage under the "Postage Rate"
FEMININE-SECRET will contact you, IF you opt for N.postage via email before/after sending items out. IF you opt for R.posatge will receive an email with the Ref.No of the R.postage after sending items out.
We are not liable for lost of mails IF you opt for N.postage.
