Agent Fee: 10% of overall charges

Air Freight: $15 base charge + $11/kg

We encourage you to get at least 5 items per store; to save on the air freight charge.

PLEASE NOTE

The air freight is calculated based on either the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever the heavier & it's applied to each individual package. 

Hence if the actual weight is heavier than volumetric weight, the chargeable weight will be based on the actual weight and vice versa. 

TIPS: To save more on the air freight; we're usually encourage you to purchase from the same taobao store; as air freight is calculated and applied to each individual package.

What to do if your item is OOS...
  • We will inform you about it and you can replace your OOS item with another item which value is the same or higher than the OOS item.
  • You have about 3days to give us your reply for the replacement order.
  • If you don't wish to replace the OOS item, please provide us with your account number so we can do the refund as soon as possible.
